AudioPure provides AI-powered audio processing to isolate or remove specific sounds from audio and video files using Meta's SAM Audio technology.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not upload content you don't have rights to process
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content Rights

You retain all rights to your audio files. AudioPure does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Files are processed temporarily and not permanently stored.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep AudioPure available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

AudioPure is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or processing errors.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
